I'm a designer and Creative Director who loves the messy middle. The part where a big idea has to become a real thing.
Over the past eight years, I've gone from running my own small design studio to helping build and lead a multidisciplinary creative team. Along the way, I've learned that my favorite work happens somewhere between making and leading: shaping the idea, getting the right people around it, bringing clients along, and staying close enough to the details to dial it in.
I care a lot about high standards, good people, thoughtful feedback, and building creative environments where ambitious work and having a good time aren't mutually exclusive.
